Terms & Conditions

  • MyKad/IC/Passport(For Foreigner)
  • Driving License / International Driving License (For Foreigner)  
  • Flight Itinerary / Flight Schedule
  • Hirer must be a minimum of 21 y/o , maximum of 65 y/o
 
  • Refundable Security Deposit shall be at the minimum of RM200.00-RM1000.00 or an amount as shall be determined depending on the car model and the duration of rental etc.
  • This amount of security deposit is refundable free of interest to the Hirer upon the return of the car to Wagons Car Rental Services subject to due deduction for any amount due and owed by the Hirer including but not limited to the Late Return Fee and in original condition as at the time of pick-up of the car.
  • Calculation of rental rates is 24 hours basis.
  • Additional hours will be calculated upon booking of the daily rate per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours, 6 hour above consider full day.
  • Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice upon booking.
  • There is no discount or refund rental fee for early return.

 

Balance payment is to be made at the time of car pick-up by Cash, DuitNow QR, Card payment, Online Bank Transfer & Cheque (Required for submit to bank before 3 days rental).

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  • No fresh seafood product, pets and avoid drink spill over inside the car.
  • Parking restriction area is bear your own risk.
    No Durian allowed in the car.
  • Strictly No drugs (Once founded will take legal action) or alcohol.
  • Penalty RM100.00 will be enforced If founded smell of smoke, durian and fresh seafood product.
 

Our comprehensive Insurance Coverage is included with every rental booking, offering renters enhanced peace of mind and protection throughout the rental period. This package is specifically designed to mitigate potential risks and cover any unforeseen expenses that may arise during the course of the rental.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

The CDW offers protection for hirers by covering the full repair costs of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident or collision. This coverage also extends to third-party vehicles involved in the incident. Renters will only be responsible depending on the type of vehicle rented:

Compact : RM5,000.00
Sedan : RM5,500.00
MPV : RM8,500.00
VAN/4WD/SUV : RM13,000.00
Luxury MPV : RM14,000.00

For enhanced protection and to reduce your costing in the event of an accident, hirers can option to purchase additional CDW coverage. This option lowers the costing to pay, and the daily rate for extra coverage is as follows:

Compact : +RM40.00/day (RM5000 > RM3000)
Sedan : +RM60.00/day (RM5500 > RM3300)
MPV : +RM80.00/day (RM6500 > RM3900)
VAN/4WD/SUV : +RM100.00/day (RM13000 > RM7800)
Luxury MPV : +RM120.00/day (RM14000 > RM8400)

*Please note that insurance do not cover damages or losses due to:

  • Careless actions
    Negligence
  • Unauthorized or improper use of the vehicle
  • Tire punctures
  • Burst tires
  • Fuel errors
  • Battery damage due to disconnected electrical devices
  • Loss or damage to vehicle accessories
  • Third-Party Involvement

    In the event of damages involving third parties, hirers are required to obtain information from the third-party driver, including:

 

  • Driver’s name
  • IC/Passport
  • Driving license
  • Vehicle registration number

 

If claims cannot be made against third-party insurance, all damages will be the hirer’s responsibility and will incur excess charges.

Underbody and Overhead Damages: Hirers are reminded that damages to the underbody and overhead are their own risks at all times.

Road Restrictions

All insurance and excess reduction are invalid if the vehicle is driven on uncovered and unpaved roads.

  • Speed limit for Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak is 90 KM, while normal road is 70 KM. Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules. HIRER SHOULD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PARKING FEE AND ANY FINE OF POLICE/JPJ

Car Rental rate display on our catalog not including fuel (self fill up) and raturn with same lavel when take a car. Not all car come with full tank.

If the hirer accidentally fills the vehicle with the wrong fuel. The hirer is responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceeding the table below (one-time payment):

Pets are not allowed in the vehicle at any time.

High roof vehicles are not allowed to park in building such as shopping malls, hotels, condos, apartments and etcetera. If found high roof damaged, you will be charged RM3,000 (1 time payment).

The driving area is within Kuching Sarawak town. Driving over the Kuching Sarawak area will be charged respectively as below area lists
and subject to company permission.

  • Sadong / Sebuyau / Simujan / Sri Aman: RM100
  • Lubok Antu / Betong / Spaoh / Debak: RM150
  • Pusa / Saratok / Roban / kabong: RM200
  • Sarikei/Sibu – RM 300
  • Mukah/Bintulu RM500
  • Miri – RM 600

 

*Unlimited mileage in  Kuching town , Kota Samarahan, Bau, Lundu,Sematan, Serian (until serian town only)* Driving in this area is NO additional charges

We provide free delivery and drop off at Kuching Airport and Kuching Bus Station (As known as Kuching Central).

For Hotel/Home stay delivery and drop off charge is based on the location

  • Kuching area : RM15.00 one way
  • Kota Samarahan : RM45.00 one way
  • Damai/Santubong/Bau/Siburan : RM50.00 one way

 

Please note that delivery charges may different based on current traffic conditions and real-time traffic conditions.

Additional charge for midnight delivery – RM40/deliver (10pm – 8am)

  • We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings. We assume no responsibility for rejecting your car booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you decide to cancel your reservation, your booking fee will not be refund but can use for your next booking.

If you choose to cancel your booking after confirmed, please be aware that your 20% booking fee will be forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure the availability of our car rental services for all our valued customers.

However, we recognize that circumstances may require changes to your booking date and time. To accommodate your changing needs, we allow our customers to modify their booking by contacting us via call or WhatsApp. This way, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience while working together in a cooperative manner.
